Dr. Bradley Kayden is the field founder of Early Learning Sports Development and founder of Coach Pickles' Jelly Bean Sports®. Navy veteran. EdD from Argosy University, where he completed the first doctoral dissertation creating an early learning model for sport (2013).

Over 20+ years, his implementation work has served 15,000+ families across 20+ organizational partnerships with zero serious injuries—documenting what traditional sports science couldn't study because it hadn't yet recognized the field.

He also goes by Coach Pickles. Three-year-olds named him that. It stuck.
